What was looked at? • Medfield High School Senior Class of 2009 • n=203students answered the survey • Male and Female students participated • Looked at overall effectiveness of Medfield High School’s Guidance Department • Reasons for visiting Guidance/How often • Relationship with Counselor • Future plans for students • Recommendations for change

  3. Why is the survey important? • Instant feedback for the Guidance Team • What worked/What didn’t work • Shows administration, parents, students, etc. the effectiveness of Guidance Department • Allows the students to share their thoughts and feelings about their experiences with Guidance.
