Implementation of NPRR 463 • Possible Options for dealing with oversold issue: • Do nothing—proceed as planned • “Pre auction aggregation” by source sink pair—not possible in implementation timeframe • Skip the July – Dec 2013 6 Month auction and sell all capacity in monthlies • Scale existing inventory • Reduce amount of transmission capability sold in first auctions • Others?
Implementation of NPRR 463 • Transaction Bid Limits—current limits for Year 1/Year 2 are 2500/3000 • Discussion that limits on per auction basis likely will be at <=2500 per CRR AH per auction • CRR Auction Revenue Distribution (CARD) • By late summer to meet 12/1/13 (Protocols 7.4.7) deadline we need to decide whether to keep/modify existing method wherein revenues from: • CRRs source/sink within Zone LRS to load within zone • CRRs source/sink between Zones LRS ERCOT Wide
