  1. REALSTEW’S DASHBOARD EXPLAINED When you unleash the RealStew platform there are three main features: Application Library The top component of the RealStew toolbar is the Application Library, a sliding panel with a full array of apps that can be utilized to fit each individual‟s wants and needs. Also described as the platform‟s toolkit. Dashboard The Grey Bar directly below the App Library is the chief communications panel, where users can draw together all their means of communication in the one place - contacts, email, chat, social media and alerts - to initiate a new message or respond to incoming communication. Information Hub The largest part of the platform is the Information Hub where individuals can render all their most important information to view and share, essentially like the front page of a constantly-evolving newspaper. RealStew users will be able utilize the platform‟s core elements free of charge - the Contact Book, Chat and User Groups. Contacts Users have the ability to upload contacts from any email service provider, and social media such as Facebook, into the free Contact Book. Key features of the Contact Book include: * An indicator on the “Grey Bar” alerts users when any of their contacts are online. It doesn‟t matter what email service provider the contact is using, the user can see their contact is online and then initiate a „live chat‟ * The ability to initiate a „live chat‟ even if the user is not online, as the chat message is automatically sent as an email to the contact‟s primary email account, enabling the contact to click on the active text link to view the communication history and continue the conversation * The ability to attach documents and proposals on a number of the communication channels such as email, chat and user group. Copies of these documents (as well as Blog Posts) are automatically filed in a „Document‟ folder linked to each contact * The ability to open the „Document‟ folder to view any documents that have been sent or received * The ability to open a „Note‟ tab linked to any contact and make private notes, plus upload documents and associated documents related to the notes. Users can choose to „share‟ the note and attachments, which will be filed into corresponding folders

  2. The Contact Book also doubles as a Customer Relationship Management System (CRM), allowing users to decide which of the contacts they would like to actively manage. Users have the ability to manage and book appointments, send proposals and keep track of all information sent (which, as mentioned, is stored in the Contact Book under the contact‟s name). Chat Users can open the Contact Book and initiate a Chat message anytime, anywhere at no charge. If the contact is online an indicator on the “Grey Bar” in the Chat box alerts them a message is waiting and a real-time chat can take place. If the contact is not online an email is sent prompting them to click on the „active text‟ link to view the communication history and continue the conversation. RealStew is perfectly positioned to capitalize on the increase in mobile phone/Smartphone communication. The Chat box is a free-standing „window‟ with a display designed primarily for mobile device usage. The delivery window also incorporates space for advertising/promoted services. User Groups RealStew‟s User Group app is another free service empowering users to share documents, create albums, post messages and enjoy the full array of Chat options. Group communication is extremely easy as creators can set up One-to-Many and Many-to-Many User Groups and register them as private (only available to existing members of the group) or public, where the group is listed on a library/notice board and potential new members can apply to join. One-to-Many A One-to-Many User Group can be set up where the creator needs to communicate with any one or more contacts and does not wish them to communicate with each other or know who else is in the group. This would be the case in a professional practice, business, school or organization with a membership roll. Once set up, the creator can communicate with any member(s) or the whole group and include attachments (such as Word, Excel, PDF, JPEG and PNG) and links to websites like YouTube. The communication could be a regular newsletter, month-end statements – with each contact receiving their specific statement/invoice - or even a promotion aimed at the whole group or only certain members of the group. A special feature of the User Group tool is that any attachments are then „filed‟ away against the name of the recipient and a record is maintained as to whether it was opened and when. On receipt of the communication the contact can reply/respond online and if the response includes sending any attachments back, they are also filed for future reference. While online it is possible to initiate Chat communication or even send a Chat message for contacts to respond to at any time. Many-to-Many The creator can set up Many-To-Many User Groups where members of the group know who the other members are and can communicate via User Group postings with linked attachments to any one or more members of the group. Any attachments are, as previously detailed, filed away for future reference. Members can initiate Chat messages with any co-members that are online or leave messages when the co-member is not online. Attachments can also be added to the Chat and are, again, filed away for convenient archiving and/or retrieval. This type of User Group is ideal as an internal communications channel for businesses, clubs, and groups of friends, schools or similar organizations. It can also work well as a training environment for staff.

  3. Custom Website The RealStew custom website has unlimited potential and endless opportunities because it was tailor made for - and by - the user. The customizable website isn‟t expensive, it‟s easy to set up and it has a built-in Contact Management System to interact with the user‟s target audiences. The one-stop package is professional, modern and its look can be transformed with whatever images users want to load. It contains all the components needed to tell the user‟s story and share photos and video with a Home Page as a shop window, an About Us section to let people see who the user is and what they do, a Blog page to promote themselves or their products and services, a Movies channel for all types of videos which can be readily categorized (home movies, sales videos, users guides...) and a Portfolio area which can be configured to showcase anything - friends or members, a suite of products or services or a catalogue of likes and favorites. RealStew‟s custom website is a game-changer because a website can be easily created and maintained with no IT skills, it features compelling components, including an intuitive blog and a movie theatre, it provides a world-leading CRM system to manage the interaction with fans, members or customers and automatically maintains a record of all transactions and shared information. Plus, it has built-in tech to promote the site and drive traffic while optimizing its URL to climb search engine rankings. RealBlog Once upon a blog...the tech was difficult, the audience was scarce and money was non-existent. But now there‟s RealBlog which users can link to their customized website or create anew. It‟s easy to set up and simple to post. Users can link to YouTube video or other URLs, integrate their Contact Book with MultiChat and - in a world-first - start a Chat conversation in real-time with people reading their blog. Another feature of RealBlog is the ability for subscribers to „share‟ the material on any social media platform. They are also able to “Refer” a link of the blog to their friends. The friend (Contact) will receive an e-mail with an „active text‟ link to the Blog. Should they click on this link and this is the first occasion that they have ever accessed the RealStew system, it would automatically register them as a user and „link‟ them to who sent the referral. And the more users build networks, the more they benefit financially. RealBlog‟s mix of simplicity and intuitive CRM componentry means user will converse and engage like nothing on the planet.
