While Listed in Priority Order, Several Projects Could Be Expected to be Underway at Any One Time. If Less than Maximum Allowable Impact Fees Are Charged, One or More Projects Could be Deleted and/or Divided into Phases. Also, State Law Enables a Local Government to Make Annual Revisions in Its Capital Improvements Element. Part I Projects Are the Short Term (5-Year) Projects. Part II Projects Are the Long Term (Up-to-20-Year) Projects.
