Important Reminder: Complete Your Evaluation Form by November 2nd

Evaluation is crucial for our program and for your development. Please ensure you complete the Evaluation Form that was sent via email and fax it to us at (08) 8231 6690. This evaluation pertains to your participation in the second activity period between LW2 and LW3. We encourage you to watch the DVD "Cycling Tours" and refer to your handbook for additional guidance. Remember to develop your profile of demand and consult your CPM for assistance. Monthly data is due next, with a submission deadline of Wednesday, November 2nd. Don’t forget to include PDSAs, ideally one per topic.
