TFEIP Workplan 2012-2013 1. Annual Meeting & Communications • Hold the annual TFEIP meeting and workshop in 2013 (venue and date to be announced). • Continue to provide a focal point for technical discussions on air pollutant emissions, and maintain current communication routes.
TFEIP Workplan 2012-2013 2. Expert Panel Workplans • Include the workplans of the Expert Panels (as presented) as elements of the TFEIP workplan.
TFEIP Workplan 2011-2012 3. GB Maintenance & Improvement Plan • Continue to liaise closely with the consultants updating Guidebook chapters. • Review draft updated Guidebook chapters when they become available (Sept 2012).
TFEIP Workplan 2011-2012 4. Gothenburg and HM Protocols • Form an Ad Hoc group to compile and deliver an initial draft of technical guidance on Adjustments under the Gothenburg Protocol. • Revise the reporting Guidelines, update the reporting template, and consider revising the review guidelines. • Bear in mind the upcoming revision to the HM Protocols.
TFEIP Workplan 2011-2012 5. Emissions Inventory Review Process • Review the usefulness of the country specific Stage 1 & 2 review reports. • Continue to encourage participation by the Parties in the Stage 3 review process.
TFEIP Workplan 2011-2012 6. Informative Inventory Reports and Reporting Data • Continue to liaise with parties not submitting data or IIRs, to facilitate more complete reporting. • Aim to promote the active participation of these national representatives.
