  2. 2011 Circuit Breaker • Requested $30,686,900 (same as 2010: $20 million less than 2009) • Provides Circuit Breaker/RX, Circuit Breaker Property tax relief grants, Illinois Rx Program, reduced license plate program and the Disabled Ride Free Program. • Property Tax Relief: 50% of the maximum amount

  3. Outreach funding • $2,155,300 Senior Help Line (up $577,600 from 2010) • Community Based funding: $3,062,300 and $958,000 (includes information and assistance and other services through area agencies on aging) • Senior Health Assistance Program: $1,600,00 (even funding from 2010)

  4. Selected IDOA Programs • Illinois Community Care Program $502.8 million • Comprehensive Care Coordination $48.4 million (Increased $7.5 million form 2010) • Home Delivered Meals: $7,969,600 plus $2 million

  8. Economic Security InitiativeServices • Public benefits: eligibility and enrollment • Jobs: employment training, SCESP • Finances: credit counseling, debt management, reverse mortgage, money management, financial literacy • Health: health insurance, health promotion and prevention
