The Forests Dialogue TFD’s ENA FLEG Dialogues Key Recommendations • Look to Civil Society and Private Sector as partners inaddressing the issue • Create National Action Plans • Implement through open and participatory process • Develop mechanisms for monitoring and reporting • Commit appropriate resources • Partnerships are good but governments must lead

The Forests Dialogue TFD’s ENA FLEG Dialogues Key Recommendations • Legal, equitable and SFM are goals of ENA FLEG not just legality • Governments have key role in creating framework and enabling environment for forest governance • Corruption must be openly recognized and addressed • All have responsibility to support markets for legal and sustainable forest products
