  2. Luxación anterior de hombro: mas frecuente (96%) entre luxaciones de hombro Provoca inestabilidad sintomática: luxacion recurrente en la mayoria de los casos. Pacientes con luxación de Bankart (desgarro del labrum ) inestabilidad glenohumeral anterior reparación via artroscópica

Caso clinico: varón de 32 años, luxacion recidivante hombro 3 años de evolucion, cirugia artroscopica de Bankart. - EVA - ESCALA DE HOMBRO DE CONSTANT-MURLEY MODIFICADA - ESCALA DE WOSI - NUMERO DE RECURRENCIAS - PROTOCOLO DE INTERVENCIÓN DE UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN SPORTS MEDICINE 3 EJERCICIOS PROPIOCEPTIVOS VARIBLES DEPENDIENTES DIA 0 VARIABLE DEPENDIENTE

  4. 1.-Estabilizaciones rítmicas 2.-Reeducación descenso 3.-Solicitaciones de la musculatura de la musculatura escapular cabeza humeral del hombro

  6. RESULTADOS • NO RECURRENCIA DE LUXACION EN LOS 6 MESES

  8. CONCLUSIONES 1.-INTEGRA EL MIEMBRO AFECTO EN ACTIVIDADES DE LA VIDA DIARIA A CORTO PLAZO 2.-NO AUMENTA LA RECURRENCIA DE LA LUXACION ANTERIOR 3.-DISMINUYE DOLOR EN CORTO PERIODO DE TIEMPO
