  1. Where Have We Been?“From 3 to 300,000” 1. First PSN to take risk 2. First and only statewide PSN (59 counties) from Pensacola to Key West 3. First fully accredited PSN 4. Became partners with the largest health insurer in Florida (BCBS) – and one of the top 10 insurers in USA (Amerihealth Caritas) 5. Batted 1.000 in largest Medicaid competitive bid in history – 8 for 8

The Great Healthcare Transformation • Since April we have more than doubled our health center Medicaid membership – from 45K to 100K with 2 regions to go • Largest Medicaid provider in region 5 • Largest Medicaid provider in region 6 • Largest Medicaid provider in region 8 • ACA here to stay and so is managed care • Florida will expand Medicaid • The federal budget will be balanced • Narrower margins for more market share
