  2. “Punch-list” Update • Settlement Formulas • Completed first round of review for Day-Ahead Settlement, CRR Settlement, RUC and Real –Time Settlement • Black lined sections will be sent to Market Participants with deadlines for second round comments in the third and fourth weeks of July • Second round commences beginning the third week of July • Thorough first round should enable second round to proceed at a faster pace • Target completion in August

  3. “Punch-list” Update • Credit Sub-Committee • Round 2 discussions on Section 16 Protocol language nearly complete • One more additional meeting during the third week of July • Anticipate this item to be completed by August 1

  4. Other “Punch-list” Items • Real-Time Co-optimization-Whitepaper re-circulated and looking for market participant to sponsor details behind the concept • Protocol Synchronization- PRS to provide framework for incorporating changes to Protocols after baseline • Role of Independent Market Monitor- Activity pending

  5. Transition Planning • TNT stakeholders determined that a discussion regarding Transition Planning take place between rounds 1 and 2 of the Settlement Formulas discussions • Initial discussions took place on July 6 regarding Transition Topics • The goal of developing Transition Topics is to create a Transition Strategy (whitepaper)

Transition Planning • Transition Planning Strategy key characteristics: • Evolutionary process • Adaptable to decisions from the PUCT, Board, TAC etc. • Identify roles for the structure of monitoring the Transition Planning process • Identify the roles for ERCOT staff • Provide a timeline • Identify milestones and readiness • Cut-over, Disaster Recovery, System Migration Strategies and Market compromises

Transition Planning- Current Topics • System Migration whitepaper • Project Timeline • Market Participant input prior to vendor(s) selection • Market Participant input after vendor(s) selection • Market Participant roles and responsibilities in decision making process • Requirements transparency • Market Trials • Training Strategy • Testing and Recertification • Cut-over and Backup plan
