Tuition is getting too expensive, and the amount of debt post-graduation that a student ends up with makes them reconsider if school is even worth it.” – ASU Student Who Responded to the Survey?

  3. 14% will be $40,000 or more in Debt 9 % will have $31,000 – 40,000 20% will graduate with $1,000- 10,000 12% will be in the $21,000-30,000 debt range “Give some type of financial aid other than loans to students who fall outside of requirements of Pell grants. Students whose parents make too much money to qualify for grants, but not enough to pay outright for college.”-UA Student How Much Debt are Students Graduating With?

  4. “I am 23 years old an have lived on my own since I was 19. I have never qualified for financial aide because I have to include my parents on the FASFA forms. I have always paid my way through school myself and it is very hard. I do not receive help anywhere other than myself.   7. “One of the hardest things about funding for college is instability. As a graduate student, I really don't know what my funding situation until a month or so before the new semester starts. This instability causes a lot of stress and much difficulty in long-term planning.” –UA Student “Tuition cost should be a priority. Every year there is an increase, but as regular individuals most students don't see the corresponding increase in wages or financial aid.” Arizona needs to make education a priority.. it is too expensive and the debt we have to incur is astronomical...” –ASU Student
