  1. PROCESO: FRESADO DE PIEZAS MOLDEADAS PROBLEMA: PIEZAS NO PROCESADAS SOLUCIÓN: UTILIZAR LAS DIFERENCIAS DIMENCIONALES PARA DETECTAR INTEMS NO PROCESADOS EN LA CANALETA DE DESCARGA. MEJORA CLAVE: MODIFICADA CANALETA PARA DETECTAR PIEZAS DEFECTUOSAS. DESCRIPCIÓN DE MEJORA: Las piezas moldeadas se fresan en una máquina automática y se entregan en el proceso siguiente vía una canaleta.

  2. Antes de la Mejora: Si la pieza no fresada atraviesa la canaleta la siguiente máquina para, anormalmente y corre el riesgo de dañarse.

  3. Después de la Mejora: La canaleta de alimentación se a modificado de forma que una pieza no fresada topa con un bloque instalado en la canaleta y no pasa a la máquina siguiente.
