  1. Required Views: Single toothand Edentulous segment of two or more adjacent teeth • Photographs Centric occlusion showing the restored tooth or teeth and the embrasures and gingival architecture, including free gingival margins, papillae, and surrounding attached tissue and mucosa. Make a close-up facial view showing no more than three full teeth in one photo. A span of four or more teeth will require at least two photographs. Right lateral working movement that shows the restored tooth or teeth. Left lateral working movement that shows the restored tooth or teeth. Protrusive working movement that shows the restored tooth or teeth. All photographs must comply with applicable patient privacy lawsDo not submit any photographs that are not required.

Photographs Required Views for: Edentulous Cases Frontal (maxillary and mandibular teeth in occlusion) Protrusive Occlusal view of the arch that was restored Lateral view in centric occlusion, left Lateral view in centric occlusion, right Lateral view of left working Lateral view of right working For cases that include a removable prosthesis, three additional photographs are required: An occlusal view of the superstructure without the removable prosthesis in place. A frontal view of the superstructure without the removable prosthesis in place. A view of the intaglio (tissue side) surface of the removable prosthesis. All photographs must comply with applicable patient privacy lawsDo not submit any photographs that are not required.
