Concerns Alternatives • EXCEL does not like to show percentages. • In the form letter there is a 0.% • This way, the correct percent will be documented • You are able to add a column with the parent’s email address….. • Then you click “Send email Messages” instead of “Edit Individual Documents.” (This is a bit more time consuming) Mail Merge - 2012
