  3. Where do they live? • wet damp places • tropical regions • rainforests

  4. What do they eat? • insects • large centipedes can sometimes eat small snakes! • Frogs, lizards, earthworms, spiders, snails, mice etc. • centipedes bite there prey and can inject poison

  5. How they protect themselves? • centipedes have posing claws • centipedes and millipedes can bite

  6. Three interesting facts • sometimes they kill and eat other centipedes and millipedes • there are 7500 millipedes in the world • most centipedes have over 15 pairs of legs!
