Conference and Meeting Services (CMS) • 609-771-2797 Services (found online): *R25 form-used to book rooms on campus *waivers/permission forms/insurance forms Your Role as a Staff Member: *Booking rooms for a program using R25 * Be sure you’re working closely with your RD when planning larger, more involved programs requiring catering, room set-up requests or sound/video equipment. Telecommunications • 609-771-2595 • Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am- 4pm Services: *Help with maintenance of room phones (answering machines, outgoing calls, incoming calls, forwarding, etc.) Your Role as a Staff Member: *You will use phone while on duty. Therefore your room phone as well as the phone in the hall office must be working at all times and you must know how to set up and access voice mail. Green Hall, Room 119 609-771-3144 Parking Services • Freshman resident students are only allowed to register a vehicle on campus for a maximum of two weeks per semester after paying the required fee. However, students who can demonstrate a compelling need or would suffer undue hardship due to this restriction can petition for a parking exception • Resident students in the senior, junior and sophomore year may register their vehicles to be parked on campus.  Your Role as Student Staff: -inform residents about the restrictions that they may have for parking -refer residents to office if they have any questions http://www.tcnj.edu/~sfs/parking/

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) Eickhoff 107 609-771-2246 Office Hours on website *Counseling and Psychological Services offers free, brief counseling and related services (such as support groups) to TCNJ students. Services are confidential; no record of counseling appears on the student's permanent academic record. http://caps.pages.tcnj.edu/ Your Role as Student Staff -Refer residents (when appropriate) to CAPS -Remind residents that seeing CAPS is nothing to be embarrassed about and that it does not affect their permanent record CAPS Peer Educators: CAPS Peer Educators are student advocates with specialized knowledge to promote and support educational, personal and social well-being within the TCNJ community.

We also provide support to students with networking issues as well as problems due to viruses, worms, spyware, and other forms of malicious software.” http://www.tcnj.edu/~resnet/ Your Role as Student Staff -refer residents to ResNet when dealing with internet issues -refer residents to help desk (x2660) for other technology issues
