FINANCIAL LIMITS AND INSURANCE

This document discusses the difficulties faced by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Physical Planning in Croatia regarding the minimum limits of liability in financial regulations. It highlights the need to assess whether these limits should be established at higher levels than specified. Additionally, the Ministry has not consulted the private insurance sector on this matter and seeks insights into coverage options that might not rely on the private insurance model. The insights provided aim to enhance the understanding of financial limits in environmental liability.
