  14. Data management with SPSS • Read an existing data set • Action buttons: Open data document button • Menu: File → Open → Data • Entering data • Menu: File → New → Data • Select a subset of the data • Action buttons: Select cases button • Menu: File → Data → Select cases

  15. Select all the data for the Ottawa-Gatineau CMA PASW (SPSS) Close the original data set once the subset has been created.
