  3. 1. Industry Profiles • a). Para buscar un sector o industria: • Pinche en “Browse all Industry Profiles” • O también • 2. Escriba el nombre del sector o industria en « Search our Product » • O también • 3. Vea las principales industrias o sectores en “find Information”

  4. a). Al pinchar “Browse all Industry profile” aparece la siguiente pantalla. Tipos de informacion disponibles • Puede refinar la búsqueda: • Por palabra clave • Sub - sector • Continente o país

  5. b) Al pinchar « Find Information » se encuentra esta pantalla Se puede escribir un sector o industria luego pinche « Highlight » y resaltará la busqueda deseada. También puede seleccionar directamente el título que prefiera

  6. 2. Company Profiles • Pinche “Browse all company Profiles” • O también • 2. Escriba el nombre de la empresa que desea ver « Search our Product »

  7. a) Revisando « Company Profiles » Encuentra esta tabla de contenidos Puede descargar el reporte PDF o revisarlo en la página

  8. 3. Country Profiles Para los reportes de países simplemete pinche en Browse all countries information luego siga los menus que aparecen en la próxima pantalla

  9. 2/ TOOLS AND DATABASES 1.Assess M&A Activity Muestra ofertas de acciones, empresas en venta o fusión. 2. Understand Country Dynamic 3.Value Consumer Market Aquí se encuentran diversos indicadores económicos, demográficos, consumo, etc.

  10. 1). Assess M&A Activity Información financiera en orden cronológico • Permite refinar la búsqueda por estas categorías: • Industry • Geography • Deal Type • Deal Status • Deal Value

  11. 2). Understand Country Dynamics a). Seleccione la región o país que desee b). Luego el o los indicadores c). Confirme la selección luego pinche view results

  12. d). View Results Descargue los datos en Excel si lo necesita.

  13. e). Analyse Results Lugo de view results puede ir a analyse results y crear gráficos con los datos obtenidos anteriormente
