  1. BACKGROUND • A light, happy, catchy tune plays throughout the video. • A graphic of a traditional American house sits in the center of the frame. • The house is a two story crème house with 5 windows, and a door in the center. • The house sits on a nice, maintained lawn, with 2 trees on either side of the house. • The sky is a bright blue and the sun is shining. • Statistics quickly fade into and off of the screen (in a black text), depicting the costs of maintaining an average American home each year. • Statistics include general housing costs including property taxes, appliance maintenance, renovations, mortgages, home insurance, lawn care, Home Owner Association fees, etc. • The idea is that the viewer will understand that owning any type of home is expensive, even before you factor in the damage that is out of your control.

  2. INCITING INCIDENTS • The tune continues to play. • The house from the first scene remains unchanged, in the center of the frame. • The facts and statistics (in black text) begin to change to housing damage. • Examples include average costs of pest damage, mold and mildew repair, wind damage, rain and hail damage, hurricane damage, earthquake damage, etc. • As each statistic is introduced, the house begins to take on the damage being described. • With the introduction of the pest damage statistic, pests begin to enter the home and eat away at the wood. Graphics of flies circle the home, and the wood begins to get holes in it. • With the introduction of mold and mildew, the door falls off, and patches appear on the outside of the house. • With the introduction of weather damage, the sky turns black, clouds appear and cover the sun, and wind graphics appear. This wind causes pieces of the roof to fly off, a window to breaks, and debris to appear all over the lawn. • By the end of this section, the house has a damaged roof, pests, a broken window, and no door. The paint is faded, and there is debris outside of the house.

  3. RISING ACTION • The tune continues to play. • The house remains in the center of the frame. • The sky remains black, and the sun remains covered with clouds. • Suddenly, white text appears in the sky that says something along the lines of, “What if there was a way to avoid all of this?” • The clouds begin to move away from the sun, changing the sky from black to blue. • The pest graphics begin to move away from the house. • This gives the viewer the idea that the damage could be reversed.

  4. CLIMAX • The tune continues to play. • The house remains in the center of the frame, with the sky now a bright blue. • This scene introduces World Housing Solution as the solution to the housing problems. • Text and statistics will fade in in a black text, as the weather completely clears up, the debris disappears, and each problem is reversed as it is addressed in the text. • When a statistic is introduced about the high wind speed that WHS structures can withstand, the graphic reverses the roof damage. • When the fact about WHS structures being able to resist pests is introduced, the pest graphics fly away, and their damage is reversed. • Key words such as WITHSTAND, RESIST, and MAINTAIN will remain on the screen, even after their fact/statistic has faded out.

  5. CALL TO ACTION • The tune continues to play. • The screen fades to a solid sky blue screen – the same color as the sky in scene 1. • A gust of wind is heard and seen with a wind graphic, and the WHS logo is blown in. • The text, “for more information, visit www.worldhousingsolution.com” fades in. • The frame fades out, and the video ends.
