  1. The Perfect Chest Workout

  2. There are many different types of chest workouts that work great for building and toning muscle. We are going to talk about a few things you can do at home in your free time using one of the most well known exercises that you have probably been doing since you were a kid. Have you ever heard of pushups? Of course you have, almost everyone has. Well pushups can be an incredibly valuable weapon in your arsenal to get fit.The regular pushup can be done by getting in the pushup position and putting your hands even with your shoulders, going down to the ground and then back up.

  3. Ideally you will divide your toning goal into two phases. In the first phase lasting a couple weeks do more weights and less cardio. This will give you some bulk from which you can then sculpt your ideal figure by using cardio in the second phase. In the second phase do more cardio and train with lighter weights.Follow these guidelines and I guarantee you will get toned! How about abs? This is more tricky but follow the link below to find out what you need to do for abs.Found this useful? Claim your FREE muscle building course by following the links below.

  4. Another one I recommend is known as Catalyst. It helps protect the muscle tissue from breaking down when you do intense cardio.Eat 4-5 small meals a day and drink plenty of water in between meals. This will aid in building up your muscles and giving you the toned look you desire. Aim to eat 40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fats. Also lose your fear of fat. You need good fats to build muscle and to keep you feeling full longer as fats are the most calorie dense food group.Do cardio - I recommend you do cardio 2-3 times a week.

  5. Without supplements you have to take in lots of extra calories in regular food to get the required nutrition whereas with supplements you get to pack in lots of 'good' nutrition in relatively few calories. You can also have 'extra' convenient meals whenever you want. Whey protein is the best example of this. A typical serving has at least 30g of protein and can be easily added to your oatmeal for breakfast. Do you know how many eggs you'd have to eat to get 30g of protein? A whole frickin' lot!Supplements will help you get toned faster.
