What is Embryo Transfer?

Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) is the process of thawing frozen embryos and transferring them into the uterus. Unlike fresh embryo transfer, where embryos are transferred immediately after fertilization, FET allows embryos to be frozen for later use. This provides flexibility for both the patient and the fertility clinic, allowing time for hormonal preparation, recovery from previous treatments, or optimization of uterine conditions.
