  1. 酒名：2010 Brown Brothers Limited Release Banksdale Chardonnay 布朗兄弟賓士得限量夏多內白酒 酒廠：Brown Brothers布朗兄弟 產區：澳洲維多利亞國王谷 (King Valley,Victoria) 品種：100%Chardonnay 料號：35286410 目前維多利亞州的國王谷地（King Valley）產區的首要酒廠為米拉瓦酒村裡由家族經營的布朗兄弟酒莊（Brown Brothers）。布朗兄弟為澳洲最成功的家族經營酒莊之一，也被2009年版的《James Halliday 澳洲葡萄酒評鑑》評為等級最高的黑色五星等級；年產量約為100萬箱，外銷至全球30國。酒評家詹姆士.哈樂戴評其為物超所值的酒莊（Good value for money）。本莊用以釀酒的品種超過50種（商業銷售酒款之品種加上實驗性品種），真是世所僅見。布朗兄弟目前所推出的酒款中，一般澳洲酒廠較少釀造的品種有：Graciano、Durif、Mondeuse、Tempranillo、Montepulciano、Tarrango以及Cienna等。有機會參訪本莊的酒友可在Cellar Door葡萄酒販售部品嚐到澳洲最多樣的品種葡萄酒，甚至可在本莊的老饕餐廳（Epicurean Center）品嚐到與布朗兄弟葡萄酒完美搭配的季節性美食，經驗難能可貴矣。 Viticulture and Vinification : 葡萄來自King Valley南邊山腳下的Banksdale Vineyard，全部在法國橡木桶內進行酒精發酵，部分葡萄園以野生酵母發酵，部分加入人工培養酵母發酵。之後，小部分酒液會進行乳酸發酵，桶陳7個月，23%為新桶，也進行攪桶作業。 Tasting Note : 酒色淡金黃帶綠，鼻息以成熟的洋梨以及精緻的橡木氣息為主，口感複雜，帶有乾核果風韻，整體圓潤，但是有適洽的酸度以均衡酒體。陳放3年後開始進入酒質巔峰。餐酒搭配建議：生煎鮮干貝、野菇煙燻鱒魚義大利燉飯。適飲溫度：攝氏12度。醒酒時間：醒酒20分鐘。 www.evergreet.com.tw
