  2. History From coffee cart to coffee shop in a collaborative effort between two student organizations

  3. Strategies for Environmental Education Development and Sustainability (SEEDS) student group started in 2003. Students were motivated to do an on-campus project that addressed the issues of environmental Stewardship, economic development and social equity. They decided that selling coffee would meet their goals.
