Enhancing Collaboration for Effective Landscape Planning in Central Africa

DESCRIPTION

This document outlines key roles and responsibilities within a consortium formed for effective landscape planning in Central Africa. It addresses the need for Terms of Reference (ToR) for the landscape leader and non-lead consortium members, emphasizing by-laws for conflict resolution. The planning team faces challenges in integrating CARPE landscape planning into the COMIFAC process and national Land Use Planning initiatives. Recommendations include revising ToR for inclusivity, linking processes through national coordinators, and lobbying for support to strengthen national coordination efforts.
