  2. Quarterly Report Due Dates November 1st (July 1st - Sept. 30th) February 1st (Oct.1st - Dec. 31st) May 1st (Jan. 1st - March 31st) August 1st (April 1st - June 30th)
  3. Key Points Reported numbers should be only those students who have been impacted by the grant. (Redesigned Dev/Ed, Career Coaches, Online Courses, Contextualization, etc.) Counts should be for the previous quarter, however it falls within the semester Quarterly reports are necessary for funding, but also present an opportunity to improve programs and institutional data
  4. Impacted students Students should be counted if their coursework, or career counseling, has been part of the TAACCCT grant. For sequence/completion of degree, students should be counted if they participated in any activities funded by the grant.
  5. Percentages and Numbers Focus should be on the raw numbers, not the percentages. If your college set goals for the number of students you wanted to serve in a particular category, mark those in the comments section. More information in the qualitative section (who you counted and why) is appreciated.
  6. Dual Purpose of Quarterly Reports Grant requires us to submit quarterly reports and annual reports Reporting also presents an opportunity to improve program effectiveness TAACCCT data collectors can expand institutional research and data collecting among various programs
  7. New Quarterly report template Based on feedback from this morning, an easier to understand and report on, quarterly report will be put together in the coming weeks. Feedback and comments are appreciated to obtain the most relevant data.
