Strategic agreement between AvtoVAZ and Renault • On February 29, 2008 year an agreement on strategic partnership between OOO “AvtoVAZ” and Renault was signed. • Theresultsof this partnership will be the following: • development of new car models under Lada’s trademark; • renewal of AvtoVAZ vehicle line by 2015 year; • purchase of engine and gearbox technology.
