  3. This book is about… There are two boys, named Jamie and Tom. They are best friends. They want to discover new dinosaurs, but first they have to go through the cave that takes them into a secret dinosaur world. Once they get there, they meet up with their friend, Wanna, who is their faithful dinosaur friend. The boys started getting stuck in thick mud. Once they got themselves out of the mud, they heard a sound. They wanted to figure out what it was, so they listened and followed the sound. What they saw was a baby dinosaur! It got stuck in the mud too. They wanted to help it, but needed to figure out what type of dinosaur it was, and if it was safe to get close. They typed a description of the dinosaur into their fossil finder. It said it was an ankylosaurus, which is a dinosaur that eats plants.

  4. They figured that it was safe to try to help it out. But how would they get a dinosaur the size of a truck out of the sticky mud? They tried to get the dino to reach for some plants, but the more the dino tried to move, the more he got stuck. They needed a new plan. The mother ankylosaurus came by. When they saw how big she was, they knew they needed her help to get the baby out. They tied some vines around the mother’s neck and waved some plants in front of her to get her to pull her baby out. It worked! The baby was free. What a day they had in their secret dinosaur world! What will they find tomorrow?
