[Notes pour les managers] • Date limite d’envoi du Brief détaillé : 20/12/19(sorifici@gmail.com / fdebane@gmail.com ) • Ce template de Brief détaillé est uniquement fourni à titre indicatif pour vous aider à préparer les éléments correspondants à votre cas (vous pouvez donc ajouter/modifier/supprimer des chapitres) • L’objectif de ce document est de donner les clés aux étudiants pour démarrer leur travaux dans un cadre spécifique et pertinent. Il s’agit de détailler/expliciter les mêmes thèmes que pour le Brief simple. • Libre à vous de choisir le/les support(s) (ce ppt, un doc. Word, une video, …) et la charte graphique • Toutes les informations doivent impérativement être fournies en anglais

The Challenge • What business problem are you trying to solve? • Is it a business problem, a customer problem, a technical problem, a marketing problem or something else? • Do you have any specific customer segment in mind? • What are the constraints the innovation need to take into consideration?

  5. Case Moodboard Include here visuals, images representing the case « universe » to inspire students Ex: customer personas, competing products, etc…

  6. Where to start? • What information/research should the teams read/analyze to get started? • Who should they be talking to? • [include presentations to read, websites / stores to visit, competitors, trends/benchmarks to analyze, all necessary background info to get started…. ] • [The students will start with an “Inspiration” phase during which they will start interacting with potential customers. Please give them some clue on how to locate them especially if access is difficult]

Contacts • [Include your mail so that the students can contact you during the preparation] • [You will have a midterm confcall with them (10 min max. per group) in February timing to be confirmed) ] • [Then you can decide and let them know how/if you would like to interact further with them before the March Seminar]
