  11. A) They model the Christ- life before us. B) They recognize the work of God in our lives. C) They call us to a deeper surrender.

  12. D) They speak truth into our lives. E) They challenge us to serve.

  13. A Timothy -an investment

  14. The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also. 2 Timothy 2:2

  15. I do not ask on behalf of these alone, but for those also who believe in Me through their word; John 17:20

  16. Practical application: Walk out the Christ-life. Look for the work of God in the lives of those around you. 3) Be sensitive to those who seem ready to step up to a deeper surrender.

  17. Practical application: Lovingly speak truth to them. 5)Challenge them to serve.

  18. An Epaphras -a partner

  22. Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labor. 10 For if either of them falls, the one will lift up his companion. But woe to the one who falls when there is not another to lift him up.

  23. 11Furthermore, if two lie down together they keep warm, but how can one be warm alone? 12 And if one can overpower him who is alone, two can resist him. A cord of three strands is not quickly torn apart. Ecclesiastes 4:9-12

  24. Three things: 1) Share our surrender to Christ. 2) Share our values. 3) Share our vision of life.
