  1. Year 2013 Issue 8 For The Love Of Singing FALL 2013 As the wonderful summer of 2013 gradually comes to an end, it is time to think about voice lessons again. Jacqueline aims to concentrate her teaching to Tuesday & Wednesdays (as well as one day at Long & McQuade). Please contact her early in order to be guaranteed your preferred time and day. DID YOU KNOW Jacqueline is one of the very few voice teachers in the Comox Valley to employ the resources of an accompanist. This allows her to give her full attention to the needs of the student during the lesson? UPCOMING VOICE WORKSHOP We are planning another 2 hour Voice Workshop this fall. Please feel free to share this news to everyone you think may be interested. Further details will be posted on: www.serendipityjazz.ca as soon as they become available. DID YOU KNOW: Students have password-protected access to a web-site which allows them to download vocal exercises and musical accompaniment to aid their musical endeavours? FESTIVALS AND ROYAL CONSERVATORY EXAMS Should you wish to compete in one of the upcoming music festivals or study for a Royal Conservatory of Music exam, please let Jacqueline know early so that she may plan accordingly. AU REVOIR This fall we proudly congratulate Eric on his acceptance into the Jazz Studies Program at Vancouver Island University, our pride tinged with sadness since he will be leaving us for Nanaimo.
