  2. When most people think of Portugal, they think of our history, of the great discoveries made many centuries ago by our maritime explorers. They think of an old country, steeped in tradition. But the Portugal Joaquim would like to show you through this presentation is none of these. It is a different country, it is the Portugal of today.

  4. Portugal is a country with great wine-producing traditions. It is the country of Port wine and the first country in the world to designate a vine cultivation region. There are so many outstanding wines to choose from. And while we haven’t got time to mention them all, we would urge you to try them all. Their quality speaks for itself.

  5. This is a country of today, a modern country with big brand names and a reputation for innovation. This is a country that makes a wonderful place to live or visit. This is a country that we want to share with you.Hopefully I have shown you that Portugal is so much more than you imagined. Hopefully I have shown you that Portugal is a place you want to get to know better. Thank you for your time.
