  1. Mynedfa / Entrance Ysgol Bryn Alyn This is the entrance to the school via the hall.

  2. Mathematics/Mathemateg Ysgol Bryn Alyn This is a typical Mathematics class in our school.

  3. Neuadd/ Hall Ysgol Bryn Alyn This is the hall where all the assemblies are held, and where all the exams take place. We call this the “top hall”.

  4. Tech Club is open to G.C.S.E students on Thursday evenings, to offer extra help to students. Ysgol Bryn Alyn Technology/Technoleg This is one of our technology rooms. They are fully equipped with all the latest equipment.

  5. ICT / T.G.ch Ysgol Bryn Alyn This is one of our I.T. rooms. There are three main I.T rooms, and there are currently over 200 computers In the school.

  6. Toiledau’r Merched / Girls Toilets Ysgol Bryn Alyn These are the newly-refurbished senior girl’s toilets.

  7. Maes Parcio/ Car Park Ysgol Bryn Alyn This is our school’s car park. The buildings you can see are our gym and Mr. Ratcliffe’s -our headmasters-office.

  8. Students who have taken gardening plant flowers here, and sell them around the school to raise money to benefit the school. Ysgol Bryn Alyn This is the Year 11 ‘Garden’ where G.C.S.E students can sit at lunch, and study. Gardd / Garden

  9. Cantin / Canteen Ysgol Bryn Alyn This is the canteen, which was recently refurbished. You can buy a variety of hot and cold food at lunch and/or break.

  10. Ysgol Bryn Alyn Llyfrgell / Library Here is Bryn Alyn’s library. There are around 20 computers in the library, which can be used in class or for homework.

  11. Cyfrifiaduron / Computer Ysgol Bryn Alyn Here is a picture of the library computers.

  12. Ein buarth / Our Yard Ysgol Bryn Alyn Here is our yard, where we spend break and lunch. On the right is the tennis courts and to the left is the science block, which are being re-built this year.

  13. Cwrtiau Tenis/ Tennis Court Ysgol Bryn Alyn This is a picture of our tennis courts at a different angle. In the background, you can see the M.U.G.A, (multi-use-games-area). We can use both courts for P.E lessons.
