  5. Lollipop Moment • Think of leadership as being about lollipop moments • Acts of personal leadership in our everyday lives • How many lollipop moments can you create, pay forward, and say thank you for? • Make a difference!

  6. Lollipop Moments • World is made up of 6 billion different perceptions • Positively change one person's understanding of the world and you’ve made a change/difference in the world • Lead by telling people you care. • Remind them how capable they are. • Voice your appreciation

  7. Have a Lollipop Moment! • Give someone a lollipop • Tell them you care • Thank them for their good deeds • Tell them they can or do make a difference in the world. • Get their picture with the lollipop • Submit a description of your lollipop moment with picture attached (minimum of 5 sentences) **Cannot be a fellow student**
