Project draft A goodprojectdraftshouldcontain: • Title of the project • Applicant/ Coordinating partner • Partners of the project • Description of the project • Background, relevance (description of the problems…), target group, activities, results, European added value (if needed), work packages • Possible EU programmes, deadlines, timetable, • Possible budget of project: revenue/expenditure

Application of EU- funding Before the call is published … • Start the planning in time (watch the calls for proposals) • Clarify the internal capacities, resources and possibilities • Talk to your boss! • Clarify the co-financing from the beginning • Keep the timetable in mind • Contact possible partners in time / build a network • Plan enough time for the application • Divide the work to partners! • Put a sign on your door: “EU-department /office” • Engage an intern to support your work !
