Reagents Phosphate buffer (500 ml) Solve 4,08 g Disodium hydrogenphosphate (Na2HPO4) and 3,29 g Sodium dihydrogenphosphate (NaH2PO4) in 500 ml H2Odest. 1 M Glucose-solution (100 ml) Solve 18 g Glucose in 100 ml Phosphate buffer (see above) 0,01 M Methylene blue-solution (100 ml) Solve 0,32 g Methylene blue in 100 ml Phosphate buffer (see above) 0,02 M potassium hexacyanoferrate-solution (K3[Fe(CN)6]-solution, 100 ml) Solve 0,66 g potassium hexacyanoferrate in 100 ml Phosphate buffer (see above) Yeast-Suspension (30 ml) Solve 7 g dry yeast in 30 ml Phosphate buffer (see above)
