  2. The Resort A beautiful 148 ha holiday resort farm with a splendid view on the mountains. An excellent income generating business near Modimolle/Nylstroom and 185 km from Johannesburg International in the heart of the Waterberg. The topography is flat & hills and very accessible, 7km is game fenced. Games species include Bluewildbeest, Kudu, Impala, Zebra, Leopard, Waterbuck & Bushbuck.

  4. Services Borehole equipped with submersible pump, seasonal fountain and stream, 20,000 liter tanks on stands. Big natural earthen dam stocked with fish. Power is supplied by Eskmom.
