This proposal outlines the conversion of the existing staff room (Building 8) into a dedicated Staff Development Facility, addressing the urgent need for specialized space at the University. It also suggests repurposing the vacant cafeteria (Building 9) into an integrated Staff Lounge, capitalizing on existing food and beverage infrastructure. The design focuses on contemporary features, privacy, accessibility, and various gathering configurations. Both developments aim to enhance staff collaboration and well-being, ultimately supporting the University’s commitment to staff development.
