Contact Data Capture Select Contact Manager from the Main Menu
Select A Contact Click on a contact.
Select Medicare Information Enter the Contact’s Medicare Plan Type. Use the drop down menu to select carrier.
Select Spouse Information Enter the Spouse’s Medicare Plan Type. Use the drop down menu to select carrier.
Select Medical Conditions Select all medical conditions that apply for the contact and spouse.
Save Save the new record.
Search on Data Capture Section Search Contacts
Search on Data Capture Section Select search criteria
Search on Data Capture Section Click on Search
Search on Data Capture Section All contacts that match your search criteria will be listed.
