User Manual. Data Capture. Contact Data Capture. Select Contact Manager from the Main Menu. Select A Contact. Click on a contact. Scroll to Data Capture Section. Select Medicare Information. Enter the Contact’s Medicare Plan Type. Use the drop down menu to select carrier.

  2. Contact Data Capture Select Contact Manager from the Main Menu

  3. Select A Contact Click on a contact.

  4. Scroll to Data Capture Section

  5. Select Medicare Information Enter the Contact’s Medicare Plan Type. Use the drop down menu to select carrier.

  6. Select Spouse Information Enter the Spouse’s Medicare Plan Type. Use the drop down menu to select carrier.

  7. Select Medical Conditions Select all medical conditions that apply for the contact and spouse.

  8. Save Save the new record.

  9. Search on Data Capture Section Search Contacts

  10. Search on Data Capture Section Select search criteria

  11. Search on Data Capture Section Click on Search

  12. Search on Data Capture Section All contacts that match your search criteria will be listed.
