Ask IPER – Instructional Team Prep Preparing Instructional Teams in each state & territory • Attend Kickoff Webinar to prepare to observe pilots of ER & REPR • ObserveER & REPR Pilots – Four sessions each • Participate in online Debriefing after pilot observations • Each state’s Instructional Team attend one of theregional face-to-face Train-the-Trainer Institutes (TTTs) • Participate in online follow-up to TTT Ask IPER Web Conference www.StateArchivists.org/iper/

Ask IPER – What you can do now Get submissions ready for the IPER Resource Center • Check your entries for theIntro to RIM course to make sure they’re still valid http://www.statearchivists.org/resource-center/rim/. • For the Essential Records course, locate: • Definitions of essential records in statutes and regulations • Tools for identifying specific risks in your state, e.g., maps of statewide or local flood zones and other hazards, guidance from the state emergency management agency • Examples of emergency response and continuity of operations (COOP) plans for your entire state, individual localities, and/or specific agencies Ask IPER Web Conference www.StateArchivists.org/iper/
