  5. Financing K-Botics The values and experience that K-Botics bestow upon its members are simply unmatched by any other educational organization. Valued by students, teachers and parents alike, K-Botics is renowned for coaching leadership, teamwork and cooperation that ultimately prepare its members for the contemporary world. However, with net expenses over $40,000 CDN in its opening year, the sustainability of K-Botics is highly in jeopardy. Self-sustainability is one core belief of K-Botics. We try to do what we can ourselves before we seek assistance from others. Last year, as an effort to cover our operating expenses, we held an online auction that merchandised items donated generously by various local businesses. While the generated profit helped to cover some of the nuts and bolts, it was inadequate in covering our overall expenses last year. As a result, we kindly ask for your assistance and financial support in sustaining our worthy program this year. We hope to raise $25,000 CDN from sponsorships this year.
