  1. Stunt Scooter Tricks For Beginners If you have just bought your first stunt scooter and you're ready to learn some tricks, you want to learn some basic beginner tricks before you start trying the more advanced moves. Some will be easier than others, but with practice at the skate park, you can master them all. Before you start, you need to know the right way to place your foot on the scooter, holding it in place while you ride. Scooters are not just for children, it's an extreme sport among teens and adults. As a result, you want to start prepared. Take your time just pushing your scooter up and down to get your stance right before you try any beginner tricks. You need to ensure you have a suitable stunt scooter for your particular height and weight. Stunt scooters are not folding or adjustable, they are solid, enabling them to take a beating, while being lightweight. Ensure you have a good quality helmet, knee and elbow pads to reduce the risk of injury as you start learning the different beginner stunts and tricks. First let's focus on your stance. Placing your foot on the deck, place your dominant foot on the edge of the deck at a forty five degree angle. The other foot will fit in front of the dominant foot and held parallel to the scooter, as you hold the handlebars with both hands. Kick off with your dominant foot to push the scooter forward. When moving place your dominant foot back onto the scooter. Practice your stance until you are completely comfortable with your scooter. One of the first and probably one of the easiest beginner tricks to master is the Hop or Bunny Hop. This is a technique which gets the scooter into the air. Push the scooter to get it moving, a little slower than if you were just commuting to the skate park. Bend both knees slightly and push up with your legs as though you are jumping, keeping your feet on the deck. Pull the handlebars up as you jump to lift the front wheel about three meters from the ground. Push up to get the back wheel at the same height. Both wheels must touch the ground simultaneously as you continue moving forward with both feet on the deck. Fakie is the next stunt you can try once you have mastered the bunny hop. Fakie is used for harder stunts in the future and is when you get the scooter to move in a backwards direction. Roll your scooter up a pipe or ramp slightly and allow gravity to move you backwards. Keep your balance while you roll backwards. Master this trick before you move onto harder stunts. In addition to this, you can try the manual wheelie, which is easier than you may think and relatively easy to master with practice. Pull the handlebars up while riding, maintain your balance on the one wheel. You will find the wheelie useful when you move onto harder stunts in the future. The nose pivot is a little trickier to master and requires that you have a good stance and are comfortable on your stunt scooter.

  2. The trick requires you to change direction by one hundred and eighty degrees, while you ride. Start to get yourself moving at a medium pace, grabbing the handlebars tightly and lighting the front wheel and turning as much as need to ride backwards. Then do the same once you have turned by lifting the back and pivoting back to a normal riding direction.Always master the beginner tricks and stunts to ensure you know the basics before you try harder stunts and tricks.
