  2. At the time of conversion of new syllabus 1978 ICMAP had granted exemption to the new subject named as “Quantity Techniques & Data Processing” which was not in the previous syllabus quoted in your official Hand-Book (Pg # 11, V (b)) attached herewith and marked as ANX-A. ANX-A AGREE DISAGREE

  3. Again at the time of conversion of new syllabus 1994 ICMAP granted exemption of the new subject namely “English Grammar & Composition” which was not in the previous syllabus quoted in your official Hand-Book “Management Accounting Educational Program” (Pg # 21, Implementation Schedule and Transitional Arrangement 2.2) attached herewith and marked as ANX-B. ANX-B AGREE DISAGREE

  4. Third exemption at the time of conversion of new syllabus 1998 ICMAP granted exemption of the new subject namely “Information Technology” which was not in the previous syllabus quoted in your official Hand-Book “Management Accounting Career Pack” (Pg # 43, Implementation Schedule and Transitional Arrangement 5.1.1 Para 4 & Para 5) attached herewith and marked as ANX-C. ANX-C AGREE DISAGREE

  5. As per your Career Pack & Syllabus 2005, 3.13(A) Equivalency Schedule Pg # 29, Risk Management & Auditing was given exemption for people who had already cleared the paper of Auditing the Photostat of which is attached herewith and marked as ANX-D. ANX-D AGREE DISAGREE

  6. As per your Career Pack & Syllabus 2005, 3.13(B) Equivalency Schedule Pg # 30, Auditing OR CPE was given exemption for people who had already cleared the paper of Risk Management & Auditing the Photostat of which is attached herewith and marked as ANX-E. If we consider ANX-E it can be considered that Auditing & CPE are equal and thus exemption on CPE should be allowed on the basis of Auditing as well. ANX-E AGREE DISAGREE

  7. As per your Career Pack & Syllabus 2005, 3.3.1 Exemption Policy General Rules Pg # 18 Photostat of which is attached herewith and marked as ANX-F, it is quoted that a student who has passed with 50% marks is exempted from that paper in ICMAP. I have already passed Auditing paper and had also earlier cleared the CPE paper with ‘A’ grade, thus I should be given exemption on this basis. ANX-F AGREE DISAGREE
