  1. Riversport Adventures Established in 2000, RiverSport Adventures is a family run business. Our first rate canoe and kayak adventures focus on your skills development, safety, and enjoyment. Personable and experienced guides and instructors help create memorable experiences on each and every trip we offer. Wolf River The Wolf River is one of the most popular whitewater rivers in Wisconsin. Consistent flow, plenty of whitewater, limited development, gorgeous scenery, clean water, and excellent fishing; all these characteristics combine to make the Wolf River a paddler's top Wisconsin destination. Flambeau River The Flambeau River North Fork is a fitting destination for paddlers of all skill levels. The South Fork has a larger number of more difficult rapids and is better suited for more experienced paddlers. Bois Brule The Bois Brule River is arguably among the best canoeing and kayaking rivers in the Midwest. The diverse character of the river features appealing trips for paddlers of all skill levels. From its upper reaches, the river offers a calm, serene beauty. The Brule begins to show some character as it roars over a series of challenging ledges and rapids. Gradually the river slows and widens before spilling into Lake Superior. Peshtigo River – Wisconsin This segment can be quite fun for the novice, and intermediate level paddlers seeking moderate challenges of low to medium hazard rapids and boulder gardens. This river has it's own rugged, scenic character; beautiful, rocky and narrow, with pine, cedar, and hemlock trees frequently overhanging the banks.

  2. The Peshtigo is one of my favorite day tripping rivers. It always takes me back to my college days traveling through the Black Forest of Germany. The tannic waters, impenetrable darkness of the forest, cool breezes, overhanging branches of the Nicolet National Forest; it truly is a magical experience. An excellent section for those transitioning from flat water to moving water. Beginner and intermediate level paddlers seeking moderate challenges of low to medium hazard rapids and boulder gardens will enjoy this section of river. Wisconsin Whitewater Canoe & Kayak Tour Stretching from North to South, East to West, Wisconsin is truly blessed with some of the Midwest’s best whitewater paddling. And, it’s all right in our backyard. Participants of the Wisconsin Whitewater canoe and Kayak tour will explore and experience many of these great rivers. Starting with an introductory “boot camp” to kayaking and canoeing, paddlers quickly progress through the five day tour. Along the way participants paddle the North and South Fork of the Flambeau River, White River, Bois Brule, Peshtigo, Oconto, Pike and finally the breathtaking Wolf River. Seal River - Manitoba, Canada The Seal River passes through open spruce forest, tundra, and endless boiling rapids. Flowing virtually straight east just south of the Manitoba / Nunavut border into Hudson Bay, the river starts in the Precambrian Shield forest and changes dramatically as you approach the bay. The forest shrinks into taiga, known also as "the Land of Little Sticks," before disappearing completely. By the time you reach Hudson Bay there isn't a tree in sight, only Arctic tundra as far as the eye can see.The Seal River is best known for its wildlife. The river's remote vastness is home to spectacular wildlife such as Black Bear, Arctic fox, wolves, caribou, wolverine and wolves.
