LHCb Clean Room Device Production & Testing Insights

This document summarizes the status of device production within the clean room for the LHCb experiment and highlights the current testing phases for various designs. Key points include the snake design undergoing tests, issues with the straight design related to dicing pressure, and poor coating resulting in small holes in silicon for NA62. Additionally, we note progress on frame preparations for gluing and dicing for ALICE and highlight issues with dual banana KOH inside channels, which showed surface cleanliness problems, leading to failed pressure tests and bonding concerns.
