  1. “HEARTBURN”47 year old woman present with her husband.Chief complaint of heartburn.Burning sensation from epigastric area and radiates up into her chest.Her pain severity is 6/10 with nausea, belching, and sweating.She has no shortness of breath, but is slightly light headed.She has had numerous episodes over the past several months, and was resolved with Mylanta.This time Mylanta didn’t work.
