  3. Training Outline • You can start using your email and calendar right away. The best way to get started is to spend some time now to set up your accountin Gmail. • First, Go to the New Fursan Email Password reset link http://reset.gofursan.com you can see the below screen Enter Your Fursan Email Address Enter Your Current/Present Password

Second, the below screen appears to you on the Screen, Please Enter your New Password and Confirm your password once again and Click on Change Password. • New Gmail Fursan has a Password Policy as mentioned below {Same is mentioned on the web page} • Password Must Contain 8-25 Character Long includes below are the mandatory objects • One Lower Case Character {a-z} • One Capital Letter / Upper Case Character {A-Z} • One Numeric Value {0-9} Enter Your New Password and Confirm Password Click Here

  5. Third, Go to www.google.com and in the top-right corner, click Sign in OR You can directly go to web link www.gmail.com the belowpage will be shown {same as your google email} • Please enter your full Fursan email address and Click on Enter Your Fursan Email Address

  6. Once You Click on , you can see the below page. Enter your Password and Click on • Now you are ready to use your Fusan Email through Google Apps with all the Google Features.

What We’re Migrating Messages in your Outlook Inbox (including subfolders) and Sent folder ==> Google Email What you'll need to do • After , login to your Google Apps account {Fursan Email in Gmail Account} and begin using it for all your email correspondence and calendar scheduling. Depending on how you currently use Outlook , you might also need to complete the following tasks: • Verify your migrated data {All your emails in your Inbox as well as Sub Folders and Sent items} • Create your email signature. • Recreate Outlook email rules using "filters" in Gmail. • Set up your mobile device and synchronize your data (if applicable).

Create your email signature in Google Email • To set up a signature that will be automatically appended to any emails you compose in Gmail, click the settings gear button and select “Settings” from the drop-down menu. Stay on the “General” tab, scroll down to the “Signature” section and select the option below “Nosignature” to turn the feature on. Below shown the pic for your reference.

  9. Recreate Outlook email rules using "filters" in Gmail • Select the message and Click on More at the Right End Side and click “Filter messages like these”

Introduction to Google Drive • Keep all your work in one secure place with online file storage • After you store your files in Google Drive, you can share them with others and access them on any computer, smartphone, or tablet. When you change or delete a file stored in one of these locations. • Go to https://mail.google.com/and login to your account, if you haven’t already done so, of course. • Click on the 9 dot icon (Google Apps) at the upper right corner of your screen. • Now click on the Google Drive icon that will be displayed in the list of options in a drop down menu. In this Google Drive Section, you can create the below • Upload and store • Sync and access • View and update • Organize and search • Share and collaborate

  13. Introduction to Google Calendar • With Google Calendar, you can quickly schedule meetings and events, and get reminders about upcoming activities, so you always know what’s next. Calendar is designed for teams, so it’s easy to share your schedule with others and create multiple calendars that you and your team can use together. • In Calendar, it’s easy to schedule one-time activities like conferences and recurring events like staff meetings. When you receive an invitation to someone else’s event, you can let everyone know if you’re attending with a single click! • Go to https://mail.google.com/and login to your account, if you haven’t already done so, of course. • Click on the 9 dot icon (Google Apps) at the upper right corner of your screen. • Now click on the Google Drive icon that will be displayed in the list of options in a drop down menu. In this Calendar Section, you can create the below • Create an event • Invite people and reserve rooms and resources • Choose your event time • Save and update events • Respond to invitations • View and restore deleted events

Get started with Google Docs from your Google Account • What can you do with Docs? • Write reports, create joint project proposals, keep track of meeting notes, and much more. • With Google Docs, you can create and edit text documents right in your web browser—no special software is required. Even better, multiple people can work at the same time, you can see people’s changes as they make them, and every change is saved automatically. We can utilize the below mentioned points from the Google Docs • Create a new document • Edit and format • Share and collaborate • Print and download

Get started with Google Sheets from your Google Account • What can you do with Sheets? • Handle task lists, create project plans, analyze data with charts and filters, and much more. • With Google Sheets, you can create and edit spreadsheets right in your web browser—no special software is required. Even better, multiple people can work at the same time, you can see people’s changes as they make them, and every change is saved automatically. Get started with Hangouts from your Google Account What can you do with Hangouts? • Hold impromptu meetings on the go, virtual training classes around the world, remote interviews, and much more. With Google Hangouts, you can exchange chat messages or hold video meetings with multiple people across the globe at once. All you need is a computer, tablet, or phone that has a camera, speaker, and microphone • Start chats or video calls • Join a video call • Share your screen and add more people
