Evaluation of Lumen Structure Reproducibility Using 3D Rotational DSA with Different Contrast Media

This study assesses the reproducibility of lumen structures in relation to varying concentrations of contrast media (CM) using 3D Rotational Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA). We examine the effectiveness and reliability of the 3D RA system at the Seoul National University Hospital (SNUH) in providing precise morphological assessments while minimizing CM-induced renal toxicity. Key metrics include scan methods, injection rates, and geometric distortions affecting the resolution. Results indicate significant findings related to the dilution ratios of CM and the impact of intrinsic and extrinsic factors on lumen visualization.
