  2. Step 1 填报电子材料 需按照以下步骤申领记者证： 1、提交《领取中国记者网加密终端申请表》并领取加密终端； 2、在中国记者网上提交申领记者证的记者电子材料；

  3. Step 2 提交申领材料 办理记者证提交以下书面材料： 《领取新闻记者证登记表》（仅第一次办理需要） 《领取新闻记者证人员情况表》 申领人的身份证复印件（18位身份证号码，须双面复印） 毕业证、学位证或结业证复印件 培训合格证复印件 聘用合同复印件（在编无需提供） 特别说明：总编、主编等通过主编岗位培训，必须到总署培训中心等部门开具“免培”证明后才能申领记者证。
